Booking Terms & Performance Agreement

1. Schedule & Website Timing

The performance date, start time, and schedule confirmed via our website is a binding agreement. Website timings are final and take precedence over informal discussions unless an updated schedule is formally confirmed in writing by both parties.

2. Standard Performance Duration & Breaks

Default Set Length: If no specific end time is designated in the booking confirmation, standard engagements run for a total of three (3) hours from the agreed start time.

Intermissions: The performance includes two (2) 15-minute breaks, spaced reasonably throughout the 3-hour window.

3. Overtime & Extended Play

The act will not perform beyond the contracted end time unless requested in advance.

Extended performance requests must be discussed and approved before or during the event, subject to an agreed-upon compensation package/hourly overtime rate prior to the extension.

4. Payment Terms

Due Date: Full balance payment is due immediately upon the conclusion of the performance on the date of the event.

Alternative Arrangements: Any payment plans, split disbursements, or delayed invoicing schedules must be explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the event date.

By confirming a booking through our band members (top of page), the client acknowledges and accepts these performance terms and conditions.
